We will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or if the order you received is not the design/colour/sized that you selected.
Send us a photo of the defective/incorrect iteam and we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. This includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Ordering an incorrect size
- Selecting the wrong colour or design

5-15 business days to non-metro areas in Australia
Hoodies add an average 1-3 business days to the production time.
Estimated time includes production + delivery. All advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee. In terms of production times and priority.
We covers 80% of Australian business adresses, private adresses and PO Boxes. Express Orders are received and treated the same as Standard Post orders; there is no priority given (ie, top of the queue).
The only difference is the delivery method.
