Refund policy
At Violent Mediocrity, we follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item:

is faulty, damaged or misprinted

arrives significantly different from what was described

is not of acceptable quality
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

change of mind
-
ordering the wrong size
-
customer errors (e.g., incorrect address, duplicated orders)
-
dissatisfaction with the style, colour, or fit if the product is printed correctly
Because all items are made to order through Printify partners, returns and exchanges for sizing or preference are not possible.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a reprint or refund in line with Printify’s guarantee.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.
Most Printify orders begin production within 1–4 hours.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately — we will try, but cannot guarantee it.
Incorrect Shipping Details
If the shipping address entered was incorrect at checkout and the package is lost, undeliverable, or returned to sender, we are unable to refund or replace the item.
Proof of Issue
To process refunds or replacements, Printify requires:

Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Description of the issue
